Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sucana (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sucana is a media buying intelligence platform providing:

  • Meta Ads and Google Ads account integration and management
  • Go High Level integration
  • Performance analytics and reporting
  • Automated data synchronization
  • AI-powered campaign insights and optimization

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Have valid ad accounts with appropriate permissions to connect
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use data obtained through Sucana in a manner that violates the terms of service of any connected ad platform, including Google's Terms of Service and Meta's Terms of Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to build a competing product

5. Platform Integration

By connecting your ad accounts, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have the authority and right to authorize Sucana to access your ad account data
  • You comply with each connected platform's terms of service and policies
  • Sucana will access only the data necessary to provide its services
  • You can disconnect your accounts at any time through your Sucana dashboard settings

Google Ads Integration: By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorize Sucana to access your Google Ads data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sucana accesses Google Ads data in read-only mode for analytics and reporting purposes only. You may revoke this access at any time through your Sucana settings or directly via Google Account Permissions.

Meta Ads Integration: By connecting your Meta Ads account, you authorize Sucana to access your Meta advertising data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of the Service and describes our data collection, use, and sharing practices.

Your use of Sucana's Google Ads integration is subject to Google's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Your use of Meta integrations is subject to Meta's Terms of Service.

Sucana's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Sucana and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over data imported from your connected ad platforms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance or significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sucana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sucana, its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law)

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
